These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of mypage.cc (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
mypage.cc is a personal profile page builder. It lets you create a page, choose a theme, add your content, and publish it at a short link such as mypage.cc/yourname. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of digital consent in your country. One person or organization per account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to publish or distribute:
- Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights
- Malware, phishing, or links intended to deceive or harm
- Impersonation of another person or brand
- Spam, or large-scale unsolicited promotion
- Content that is otherwise abusive, hateful, or harmful
We may review reported pages and suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited license needed to host, display, and deliver your page. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
Plans and billing
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (Plus and Pro). Paid plans are billed through our payments partner, Dodo Payments, who acts as the merchant of record. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. See our Refund Policy for details.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the Service or other users.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mypage.cc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes relating to them or to the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
