Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with mypage.cc. This policy explains how billing and refunds work for our paid plans. Payments are processed by our partner, Dodo Payments, who acts as the merchant of record.
Free plan
The free plan is free. There is nothing to refund.
Paid plans
Plus and Pro are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 3 days of your first purchase and we will issue a full refund for that charge.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the current period. Renewal charges are generally not refundable, but if something went wrong, reach out and we will make it right.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@mypage.cc from the address on your account, or use the billing portal linked in the app. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
